At H M RubelArt, client satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when ordering illustrations and creative services.
Eligibility for Refund
If you are not satisfied with the final artwork, you are entitled to request a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the final delivery.
Refund Amount
A refund will be issued for the full payment minus a 20% processing fee.
The processing fee covers administrative, transaction, and production costs incurred during the order.

Exceptions
